                          AVOID AT ALL 

Talking about food which is very vital for our body, to shape our body mind and overall health, as we know that We are what we eat. So we just need to be very conscious what goes in side our mouth, cause it is going to change our  life. and what kind of changes we want so see depends all up on us. 
this food should avoid when you want to loose your weight and stay fit. and those who think to become a model and want to be in glamour and fitness industry you should not even think about them.


1. Sugar/ sugar candies 

It is very bed for our over all health it just boost our fat cells and makes you fat. And leads to various other problem such as tooth ache, diabetes, weight gain. replace it with natural sugar contain items such as jaggery 

2. Soft drinks 

Soft drinks are one of the worst thing that we drink with out knowing its side effects though it quint our thrust but it is compacted with sugar and you know what sugar is  and its side effects. soft drinks are liquid calorie which make us un usually fat with our knowing. 



3. white bread/  white flour

white bread is highly refined and often contains a lot of added sugar. it is high in glycemic and can spike your blood level. it will lead to weight gain. what people thin is they are maintaining their diet and eat white bread which is worthless of maintaining diet you better eat every thing instate of white bread.

4. cake, cookies, and pastries 

pastries , cookies and cakes are packed with unhealthy ingredients like added sugar and refined flour Tahy contain artificial trans fat. this food items wont satisfy your hunger and makes you hungry very often and makes you eat more and more. and you know the consequence's. 

5. Pizza 

one of my favourite but I have over come it cravings, pizza is very popular fast food however. commercially made pizza also happens to be very unhealthy. they are extremely high in calories and contains unhealthy ingredients. 

6. processed meat 

we should consider to avoid processed meat, it can linked with diseases like cancer and heart disease in numerous studies there is no doubt this process meat contains many harmful chemicals that are not present in fresh meat. 

7. Fries / chips/ junk food

This foods are very high in calories and its easy to eat excessive amount . which will lead to destruction of your immune system which will make you ill most of the time.
