Fitness is the state of body where our body is fully active all our body parts are functioning properly
and have good mobility , the most important thing to know when we talk about fitness is that our body must be free of any kind of disease and most of the people consider it as one of the important thing.
physical fitness is the state of health and well being and, more specifically the ability to perform aspects of sports, occupation and daily activity.
It is actually very broad topic to discuss it can be achieved by every one of us but it also not that easy as every one thinks.
Their are many factors that we need to considered and look after to generally achieve the good fitness level.

- sufficient rest
People around the world still have a miss conception in their mind about fitness .
What they think about fitness is hitting up to gym and lifting heavy weight but that is totally wrong fitness is not only going to gym but it is actually keeping your body active by doing some sort of physical activities it can be any thing like
- playing some sports
- doing yoga
- doing free hand workout
- running
- even going to gym ( own wish)
so out of this list you can involve yourself in any of the activities. If you really wants to stay fit & want to take your life into next level .
